Project Overview:
The problem that we identified with this company was that Square and the notion of contactless payment could potentially lead to a limiting, unjust cashless society. Our aim was to connect consumers and companies through inclusive and adaptable forms of payment by assisting vendors of all sizes start, run, and grow their businesses.
We conducted research, created a business model, Value Chain map, X-map, and identified their key activities, key partners, key resources, cost structure, and value propositions. The hardest part of this project was identifying the solution to a problem inside an industry that we were unfamiliar with.
Outcome:
The outcome of this project was to come out with a direct message to solve the issue, and create potential future steps that the company could’ve done.
