Creative Team Dynamics - Friendships
"A team is a group of people who are interdependent with respect to information, resources, knowledge and skills and who seek to combine their efforts to achieve a common goal.”

Project Overview: The aim of this project was to select a real-life “team” to research to understand their relationship dynamic in depth. We decided to study friendship dynamic. We interviewed the target users, identified their dynamics (goals, strengths,
interdependencies, pain points, dysfunctions),
and proposed a solution for improving their team
dynamics.
For this project to be delivered at its fullest potential, we first defined each of our group members' strengths, weaknesses, goals, pains, core values,  common traits between us, and a team vision statement, so we could use our skills to their maximal potential, better understand how we work together, and assign everyone in the team with a specific role and responsibilities according to their skills.
We conducted desk research, interviews, and designed personas, and then we synthesized our research by noting the key findings, pain points, and problem definition.
Outcome:
Our desired outcome for our solution was to express positivity and a trust building environment among friendships. Our final solution was a friendship card game with the goal of building a deeper connection between two people through intimate communication.
